Renovation Updates

Common area renovations are nearly complete. Work will continue with final cleanup of the interior common spaces as well as the complete renovation of the elevators. The elevators will be taken out of service one at a time and this work will continue for the next few months.

Work will continue this weekend in the common area hallways on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors to update the common area hallways and elevator lobbies with new ceilings, lighting, paint and flooring. This work will be done from Friday evening through Sunday night. This will require us to close down these three floors from Friday evening through Sunday evening to all but emergency traffic. Below is the current schedule for weekend closures per floor through the end of March. Schedules for work on the remaining floors will be forwarded as we get closer to April. If you find it absolutely necessary to gain access to your floor/suite on one of the weekends noted below, please contact the appropriate construction manager noted below to escort you safely to your suite through the construction area. Please note, as always, you will need to have your suite key with you to be able to gain access to your suite. The construction crew will not have the ability to unlock your suite, nor would they be authorized to.

Week of 1.10-1.14.22

We will continue with pressure washing of the building to include the south and west faces. The south facing wall will be done Monday through Wednesday, then moving to the west facing wall Thursday and Friday. See attached layouts (opens in new window) of affected exterior walls and parking areas. Please continue to keep your blinds closed as appropriate for patient privacy throughout next week.

In addition to the power washing, we will finalize demolition in the 6th floor vacant suites and move into demolition of the 5th and 4th floor vacant suites later in the week.
